Preview of upcoming events

This is a picture of what is
appoximately 2,500 liters
of plums which will be
turned into the drink
called 'Tsoika'. It actually
could be called moonshine
in the States. I have never
seen it done so it should be
a pretty decent experience.

I was told that it should take about 2 weeks or so at a part time clip
to finish all those liters of plums. They said that we should be 'stilling'
most of the nights through till completion.

So stand by and I'll try and explain the process of how
to make Romanian moonshine.
